当社は日本で最初の人材紹介会社を母体として1992年にそのリテーナー方式によるコンサルティング会社として生まれました。
その後、約20年にわたり全世界に70以上の拠点を持つ 世界最大級の人材コンサルティンググループBoyden World Corporation Groupの日本拠点として、有能な経営管理者及びビジネス・技術面の有力な人材を助言・紹介するコンサルティング（エグゼクティブサーチ / ヘッドハンティング）主としてグローバルな人材採用のお手伝いで実績を上げて参りました。
本年ボイデン社との間でライセンス契約の終了に合意し、より日本人材マーケットに主眼を置き、且つグローバルなダイナミズムに対応出来る人材の発掘、採用のお手伝いを更に強化して参ることとなりました。
eci-global was born in 1992 as a consulting company based on the retainer method, the subsidiary of the first recruitment agency in Japan. Over the next 20 years, as the Japanese base of Boyden World Corporation Group, one of the world's largest human resources consulting groups with more than 70 bases worldwide, we advise and introduce talented business executives and professional business and technical personnel. As a Consulting firm (Executive Search / Headhunting) we have achieved good results mainly in global recruitment. With the termination of the license agreement with Boyden this year, we will further more accelerate our supports for finding and hiring human resources focussing more on the Japanese human resources market and talents who respond to global dynamics.
